Continuous soft water, with EUREk expertise

Kinetico Premier XP water softeners use the energy of moving water to operate without electricity. Their metered control starts regeneration according to water use. Twin tanks maintain a supply of treated water during regeneration.

EUREk starts with a free water assessment and a review of household needs. We then select the model, XP setting and any complementary treatment needed for your installation. Your quotation follows this assessment.

  • XP hardness settings adapt operation to the water being treated.
  • Countercurrent regeneration and two- or four-tank configurations, depending on the model.

Documented service flow rates

At a maximum pressure drop of 15 psi, performance data sheet 16528D lists: S150 XP, 34.1 L/min; S250 XP and S350 XP, 43.5 L/min; S250 OD XP, 87.0 L/min; S550 XP, 48.0 L/min; S650 OD XP and Q850 OD XP with activated carbon, 41.6 L/min. Other configurations are sized using their own technical data sheets.

Certification, maintenance and warranty

WQA certification to NSF/ANSI 44, NSF/ANSI 372 and CSA B483.1 applies to the models identified in the performance data sheet. That sheet explicitly excludes S750 XP, Q850 OD XP Chloraban, Q850 OD XP Sulfaban and Q950 OD XP from this certification.

Canadian residential warranty 15816E provides 10 years of coverage for Premier XP parts and tanks, subject to its conditions and exclusions; freight and labour are excluded. Filtration media must be maintained and replaced according to manufacturer instructions. EUREk provides advice, installation and ongoing maintenance support.
